Our Mission

We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist with a technical mindset to join our team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and having a solid aptitude for problem-solving and experience with technical products, then this role may be the perfect fit for you.

You Have:

  • Years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships with a strong sense of responsibility for the product and customers.
  • Strong written and oral English proficiency, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • An understanding of technical products, particularly SaaS, with proficiency in relevant technologies and frameworks.
  • Experience in working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • The capability to proactively pursue positive customer feedback, testimonials, and referrals due to exceeded satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue (MRR) for Skyfish customers.
  2. Be responsible for maintaining the number of Skyfish customers.
  3. Work closely with your counterpart who manages Colourbox.
  4. Develop strong customer relationships to understand needs, goals, and challenges.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
  6. Proactively engage with customers to ensure maximum value from our products/services.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to address customer needs and drive solutions.
  8. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features/services to existing customers.
  9. Monitor customer metrics to identify potential churn risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  10. Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and ongoing support.

Salary: Estimated salary range €45,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
