At Cookie Information, we're looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Lead to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or tech industry. A proven track record of growing revenue and acquiring new customers through both inbound and outbound sales initiatives is a must.

This role involves managing a Sales Development Representative, handling inbound leads, and driving outbound initiatives for market expansion, research, and partnership growth. The successful candidate will also optimize our semi-automated trialist flow to maximize conversion rates.

The Senior Business Development Lead will be responsible for:

  • Qualifying leads and converting them into paying customers
  • Developing and implementing business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborating with the marketing, sales, product, and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment and maximize results

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills in English, and proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot. Bonus points if you have native Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian language skills.
