Senior Business Development Lead

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success. We are seeking an experienced Presales Manager to lead our extraordinary team of solution consultants.
- Partner with Sales to develop sales strategies for new opportunities, exceeding prospect and customer expectations.
- Hire and retain top performers, creating development plans for successful onboarding and continuing education.
- Work closely with extended teams to ensure opportunity alignment, balancing workload while meeting Sales needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, providing strategic feedback on emerging technologies.
- BUILD A STRONG PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN PRESALES AND SALES, as well as with EMEA teams.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with:
- Proven experience as a presales solution consultant.
- Demonstrable results in leading projects and working groups.
- A high level of accountability in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding presentation and influencing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- A strong track record of mentoring colleagues and achieving goals.
- Collaboration with other roles towards shared objectives.
- Fluency in English and one of Danish, Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian.
We require:
- 3+ years managing a team of Solutions Consultants or Presales team members.
- 3+ years of management experience.
