Your role as a Senior Institutional Business Development Manager will be pivotal in helping us achieve this vision. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective go-to-market strategies. This includes working with Saxo Institutional Service on account reviews to gauge client satisfaction levels and driving account planning with senior decision-makers to identify business growth opportunities.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000-$180,000, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your value to our organization.

Job Description

As a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of the financial markets and FinTech industry, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing your individual portfolio to exceed annual sales targets
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for key clients and collaborating with them to achieve mutual success
  • Bolstering your knowledge of clients' business models and trading practices to optimize our risk-reward relationship
  • Monitoring and analyzing relationship results and client activities to determine client profitability
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop effective go-to-market strategies and drive account planning with senior decision-makers

You will also be responsible for identifying, developing, and building profitable relationships while staying aware of competitive products, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the financial markets and FinTech industry, preferably from an investment, business development, or tech background
  • Consulting or solution sales skills
  • Knowledge of how to apply IT solutions to business challenges and previous exposure to B2B and B2C client segments
  • A C-level network in the Nordic B2B and B2B2C market (mainly in banks) is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English is essential, with Danish/Nordic languages being a plus
