Lundbeck is seeking a passionate and experienced professional to drive organizational development processes and support internal stakeholders in their development needs. As an Organizational Development Specialist, you will play a key role in elevating deliverables through strategic project management and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Own key workstreams related to organizational design and transformation projects, including the design and development of global P&C processes that align with the organization's strategic direction and business goals.
  • Ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives by linking processes with company-wide strategies and operational practices.
  • Challenge existing practices and provide expert advice and recommendations for improving overall organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with global teams and departments to ensure alignment between P&C processes and the broader strategic vision.
  • Contribute to best practices in organizational design, transformation, and agile working, continuously exploring new approaches and methodologies.
