Sports Media and CRM Professional

We are seeking a Sports Media and CRM Professional to join our team at Better Collective. As a key member of our products & tech department, you will play a crucial role in developing strategies that drive engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user experience journeys, customer loyalty, and content planning and activation. With hands-on experience in orchestrating digital user journeys and developing channel-specific and cross-channel strategies, you will be responsible for creating engaging experiences that drive brand loyalty and retention.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to bring your ideas to life, leveraging data and consumer insights to optimize continuously. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are proactive, and enjoy collaborating with others, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing content and engagement strategies to attract, convert, and retain sports fans
  • Establishing customer journeys and optimizing them based on data and insights
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to implement strategies
  • Leveraging data and consumer insights to inform content decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in CRM, marketing, or communications within the digital media, technology, or sports industry
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex solutions clearly
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, OneSignal, and similar software solutions is a plus
