About the Role:

  • Performing high-quality dry haircuts for both men and women, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service, responding to client needs and preferences with empathy and professionalism.
  • Promoting and selling hair care products, leveraging your knowledge of current trends and styles to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Creating a positive and friendly working environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork among colleagues.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in common areas, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of hairdressing experience or equivalent certification, demonstrating expertise and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in cutting both men's and women's hair, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
  • An intermediate level of English language, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • An EU passport, ensuring seamless relocation and integration into our team.
  • Basic digital skills for using our appointment app, enhancing efficiency and productivity.

Competitive Salary Package:

  • A base salary starting at €2,300 net per month, providing a stable foundation for your career growth.
  • Additional bonuses based on product sales, number of haircuts, and other performance metrics, recognizing and rewarding excellence.
  • Paid extra hours, acknowledging your dedication and hard work.
  • Average company salary, including bonuses and benefits: €3,300 net per month.
  • Flexible working hours of 32-40 hours per week, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
