Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Associate to join our team at Circle K. As a Project Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the Customer & Card project lead in various tasks, including communication with stakeholders, documentation of processes, requirement gathering, and testing new functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Navigate complex customer structures and ensure dissemination to stakeholders, including presentations.
  • Lead sub-projects and ensure project deliverables within deadlines.
  • Perform user acceptance testing and regression testing.
  • Communicate with Workstream Leads on blockers or additional requirements.
  • Creation of documentation flows and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Work together with business users to establish and meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • Pro-active, flexible, and positive can-do attitude in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Eager to learn new things and develop skills.
  • Analytical, structured, and commercially astute.
