Dine opgaver

Som Customer Success Manager vil du bl.a.:

  • opbygge og vedligeholde stærke relationer med kunderne;

  • identificere kundernes behov og arbejde proaktivt for at sikre, at vores løsninger opfylder disse;

  • rådgive og understøtte kunderne i brugen af vores platform;

  • samarbejde med udviklingsteamet og andre teams for at sikre, at kundernes feedback og ønsker bliver implementeret i fremtidige opdateringer;

  • udarbejde uddannelsemateriale og træning af kunder i brugen af vores platformsløsninger;

  • overvåge kundernes brug af vores produkter og identificere muligheder for at optimere deres oplevelse.

Dine kvalifikationer

Vi søger efter en kandidat, der:

  • har erfaring med kundeservice og relationsopbygning, helst i en SaaS-virksomhed;

  • besejrer stærke kommunikative og problemløsende færdigheder;

  • har en teknisk forståelse og er motiveret for at sætte sig ind i komplekse digitale løsninger;

  • er dygtig til at identificere kundernes behov og finde løsninger, der skaber værdi for dem;

  • har erfaring med at arbejde tæt sammen med udviklingsteams for at sikre kundetilfredshed;

  • er motiveret for at skabe struktur og skabe skalerbare løsninger, der kan bidrage til vækst;

  • taler flydende dansk og professionel engelsk;

  • har minimum 3 års relevant erfaring, ideelt i en lignende rolle.
