**Job Description**

This part-time role as Office Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our Danish office. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will oversee the overall office experience, ensuring the office is welcoming and tidy. They will also be responsible for setting up meeting rooms, ordering food and beverages, watering plants, handling mail and courier services, and maintaining office supplies.

Additional responsibilities include receiving and arranging lunch, cleaning up the buffet after lunch, greeting and assisting visitors, coordinating travel bookings and logistics, continuously improving office processes, managing vendor and landlord contracts, and supporting office safety and work environment measures.
