Du vil være med til at sikre korrekt løn til 433 kolleger i 2 selskaber, fordelt på 230 funktionærer og 203 timelønnede.

Arbejdsopgaverne inkluderer:

  • Lønadministration for funktionærer og timelønnede i 2 selskaber (1 lønkørsel om måneden)
  • Refusion fra offentlige instanser, herunder sygdom og barsel refusion.
  • Bogføring og afstemning (Business Central 14)
  • Afstemning og afregning til SKAT
  • Hensættelser til feriepenge, pensioner o.a.
  • Lønsum beregning og skattereguleringer og herunder indberetning til SKAT
  • Vedledning til medarbejdere om spørgsmål til deres løn, samt vedde og rådgive ledelsen om overenskomster, lønomkostninger o.a.

Til den rette kandidat søger vi en systemstærk og erfaren lønadministrator, som:

  • Har solid erfaring med lønadministration fra en lignende stilling.
  • Er systemstærk og har erfaring med løn- og ERP-systemer. Gerne Visma løn, men ikke et krav.
  • Kender relevante lovgivning, skatteregler og overenskomster.
  • Taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk.
  • Er superbruger i Excel.
