Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a high degree of expertise, experience and enthusiasm. You'll be responsible for motivating and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring that our stores meet the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  2. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, payroll, and admin duties.
  3. Monitoring KPIs and team performance, and taking action to address any areas of concern.
  4. Analyzing commercial data and making recommendations to improve sales performance.
  5. Providing coaching and training to team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  6. Collaborating with the district manager to develop and implement business strategies.
