Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Professional to provide expert technical product support to customers across Denmark within the neurology area, specifically in the Parkinson's Disease domain.

About the Role

In this role, you will ensure that practitioners are competent to use our product safely and effectively. You will collaborate with our sales team to identify customers who require more advanced product support and work closely with them to drive confidence in the use of our product.

You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) nationally and within key accounts, establishing yourself as a trusted resource through the quality of education and support provided.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date in-depth technical knowledge of specialty areas, AbbVie products, and the competitive marketplace.
  • Provide ongoing clinical and educational support to HCPs at all stages of their educational journey, enhancing their knowledge, confidence, and advocacy of our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize target accounts and contribute valuable insights to inform national and territory account plans.
  • Foster innovative solutions to overcome barriers and respond to critical business opportunities and threats.
Requirements
  • A licenced Nurse or Physiotherapist with experience working with Parkinson's disease patients is highly desirable.
  • Post-reg qualification degree/MSc/PhD or LIF certification may be required depending on qualifications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English are essential.
  • Proven experience working within diverse cross-functional teams and evidence of influencing and building relationships is crucial.
  • Practical knowledge of the local healthcare system, including policies, protocols, and political environment that may impact HCPs.
  • Strong understanding of neurology, including product, therapeutic, competitive, and scientific knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
