About This Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive the growth of our Digital Health Solutions products in the Nordic region. As a General Manager Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing a strategic go-to-market plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a tactical go-to-market plan to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
- Lead a team of 8-10 sales professionals and provide guidance on sales strategies and tactics.
- Own the end-to-end sales process, including forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes.
- Achieve annual sales targets and maintain ownership of the division's P&L.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer-centric relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT, or equivalent.
- Proven sales executive with 5-10 years' experience in the Hospital IT landscape.
- Strong leadership skills, preferably from a European/Nordic matrix organization.
- Good experience in Sales Force and Sales Funnel.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- Experience of public affair processes is an advantage.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and familiarity with Customer Management Tools (CRM) tools.
