About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team at Infor Inc. as an Enterprise Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for proposing and implementing specific Infor solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to understand customer business drivers and current IT environment.
  2. Solution Design: Design and develop solution architectures that meet client business process and generate business value for the customer.
  3. Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Infor solutions, including ERP systems, and have experience in delivery of complex cross-pillar solutions.
  4. Communication: Effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.
  5. Project Management: Lead architectural discussions with clients, determine solution approach, and define an appropriate solution roadmap.
  6. Relationship Building: Build and maintain effective relationships with customers throughout the sales lifecycle.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven experience in architecting ERP solutions, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Experience in one or more industry segments, such as Fashion, Food & Beverage, Distribution, Industrial Manufacturing, Chemical & Life Sciences, Automotive, or Enterprise Asset Management.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of OAGi standards, workflow & integration methods & techniques, and experience with TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Forum) concepts.
  4. Language Skills: Fluency in local language and English language.
  5. Travel: Willingness to travel nationally and throughout Europe.
