Business Development Lead

About the Role: We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team in France. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business across multiple sectors, understanding and uncovering clients' needs, and offering the best solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a full sales cycle from generating leads to closing deals.
- Become a hunter by discovering and fostering your own leads using online and offline resources.
- Reach key decision-makers to sell Trustpilot's mission, platform, and software solution.
- Make high-volume daily outbound sales calls to key stakeholders across various verticals.
- Track and resolve client issues while managing expectations internally and externally.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals.
We Are Looking For:
- Adept at qualifying leads, reaching the right contact, prioritizing the pipeline, and closing deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Some B2B outbound sales experience is desirable.
- Understanding of the decision-making structure in mid-size to large companies.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of e-commerce, online marketing, and social media is a plus.
- You must be fluent in both French and English.
- You should be ambitious, self-driven, and result-oriented.
