**About the Role**

We're looking for a passionate individual who can combine technical and commercial expertise to create value for customers while driving Chris-Marine's vision for sustainable, data-driven maritime operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Marine SaaS, a strong understanding of software/hardware integration in marine environments, and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling customer value propositions.

You'll collaborate with shipyards, shipowners, and industry stakeholders to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions, develop technical proposals and bids aligned with customer requirements, and work with our global sales team, R&D, and product development to refine and promote our offerings.

As a key member of our team, you'll provide technical expertise during sales processes and act as the primary point of contact for digital solutions, identifying new opportunities and contributing to the growth of Chris-Marine's presence in the digital marine space.

What You Bring
  • Experience in Marine SaaS: A strong understanding of software/hardware integration in marine environments.
  • Technical and Commercial Expertise: Ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling customer value propositions.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Flexibility: Occasional travel and adapt to evolving customer needs.
  • Project Management Skills: Capable of managing multiple sales projects simultaneously.
