Job Overview:

This exciting opportunity as a Transfer Pricing Manager will allow you to work alongside talented colleagues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will have the chance to develop and implement transfer pricing strategies that drive Maersk's success, while also managing TP controversies and audits in the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business to develop and implement transfer pricing policies and procedures.
  • Oversee transfer pricing audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with finance, TP Operations, and other teams to ensure successful rollouts and control implementation of TP models for acquired companies.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts across the TP function, enhancing models and outcomes.
  • Participate in projects involving transfer pricing issues, contributing to both business-driven and tax-driven initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in transfer pricing, ideally with international exposure from industry and/or a Big 4 advisory environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across various functions, geographies, and cultures.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in transfer pricing, with the capability to leverage technology for innovative solutions.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-functional, and regional projects.
  • Adaptability: A proactive approach to challenges, with a focus on driving process changes and improvements in a dynamic regional context.
