Postdoctoral Researcher in Biomedical Research

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented postdoctoral researcher to join our team at the Biotech Research and Innovation Centre (BRIC) at the University of Copenhagen. As a postdoctoral researcher, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge biomedical research projects, develop your skills in research leadership, and contribute to the advancement of our understanding of life sciences.
About the PositionThe postdoctoral researcher will be part of a dynamic and interdisciplinary research team, working on projects that aim to advance our knowledge of epigenetics, cancer biology, stem cell biology, neurobiology, and bioinformatics. You will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art facilities and collaborate with a diverse group of researchers from around the world.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct independent research projects under the guidance of senior researchers
- Develop and implement research plans, protocols, and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve research goals and objectives
- Present research findings at international conferences and publish in top-tier scientific journals
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance research leadership and transferable skills
- PhD degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, biomedicine, bioinformatics)
- Excellent research skills and experience in biomedical research
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
