Postdoctoral Researcher in Cancer Immunotherapy

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at the National Center for Cancer Immune Therapy (CCIT-DK), Copenhagen University Hospital, Herlev, Denmark. The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge biomedical research focused on acquired resistance to cancer immunotherapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Characterize acquired resistance to cancer immunotherapy, particularly TIL therapy
  • Utilize advanced genomic, spatial, cellular, and in vivo assays
  • Supervise younger researchers and contribute to project design
  • Engage in the TIL group's primary objectives, focusing on translational research in acquired resistance, functional characterization of tumor-reacting TILs, and real-world evidence in cancer immunotherapy
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Immunology, Biology, Medicine, or related fields
  • Strong skills in immunology and molecular biology, with a focus on human diseases and/or cancer
  • Strong knowledge of the Cancer Immunotherapy field (preferred)
  • Experience with in vivo studies (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Mentoring mindset towards younger scientists
