We are seeking an exceptional Environmental and Climate Economist to join our team at Economicsnetwork. As a renowned expert in your field, you will have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research, teaching, and intellectual endeavors.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting high-quality research within the field of Environmental and Climate Economics.
- Teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students in Environmental and Climate Economics.
- Contributing to administrative tasks and knowledge sharing with society.
- Raising external research grants and developing the field through academic leadership.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have significant experience in teaching Environmental and Climate Economics and knowledge sharing with society. Experience with computable general equilibrium environmental-economic models is an advantage.
Candidates must also meet the University's academic merit criteria for research, teaching, societal impact, organizational contribution, external funding, and leadership.
Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this position is DKK 44,911 per month, plus a 17.1% contribution to the pension scheme. The position is permanent, and we encourage you to acquire proficiency in Danish required to teach and interact with colleagues. The department will pay for necessary language training.
