Quality Assurance Manager

Elopak is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to oversee and improve our quality management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management in the food packaging industry and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the quality organization with a focus on developing the quality culture.
- Collaborating with production and other relevant stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues, including promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Optimizing and developing the quality organization and its processes, efforts, and results.
- Responsible for maintaining and expanding certifications, including BRC and 9001.
- Conducting audits and occasionally participating in customer visits.
- Handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Participating in strategy work and implementation at the factory.
Qualifications:
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in quality, production, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the food or packaging industry.
- Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and standards, such as ISO and HACCP.
- Experience with quality management software and tools.
- Good knowledge of working with lean and continuous improvements.

- Leadership and communication skills and desire, both in Danish and English.
