About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise in neuroscience and cellular assays to advance our molecules towards clinical development. You will work closely with our team of 16 skilled scientists, technicians, and students to develop innovative solutions and generate critical data for our drug discovery projects.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute in vitro/ex vivo cellular assays to validate targets and understand the mode-of-action of our molecules
  • Analyze complex data and identify key insights to inform project decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new research strategies
  • Contribute to the development of our department's data handling and organization processes
Requirements
  • PhD in Neuroscience or related field
  • Several years of postdoc/industry experience in neuroscience/neuro-immunology
  • Strong background in in vitro/ex vivo cellular assay development and imaging techniques
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
