About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Concept Lead to join our LEGO Education Design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving product experience innovation streams from initial concept exploration to product launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative product experiences that empower playful learning for children.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Act as a hands-on role model for junior colleagues and peers, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Contribute to the LEGO Education Design Leadership Team, driving an agenda of building Design Excellence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of design experience working with complex and advanced products and product ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of leading and driving product experience development projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent partner and stakeholder management skills, ensuring smooth collaboration with internal colleagues and teams.
  • Strong understanding of children's capabilities and a keen interest in learning.
