Transformative DevSecOps Engineer for Cancer Treatment Innovation

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transformative DevSecOps Engineer to join our IT & Digital Team at Genmab. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing antibody-based medicines for cancer and serious diseases.
Job DescriptionIn this exciting opportunity, you will leverage your expertise in DevSecOps platform development to drive digital transformation across our operations. You will be responsible for designing and executing DevSecOps tooling, practices, and culture for our Research and Development Department. Your focus will be on ensuring adoption of R&D-wide DevSecOps requirements, including observability, scalability, availability, security, and cost performance.
You will contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to streamline testing, deployment, and monitoring of applications and their associated infrastructure. Additionally, you will lead DevSecOps design and execution for IT R&D applications, working with DevSecOps CoE and Infrastructure/Operations teams.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to ensure seamless application delivery
- Lead DevSecOps design and execution for IT R&D applications, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Architect and manage infrastructure as code, utilizing tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar, to provision and manage resources across cloud environments
- 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps platform development, preferably in the Life Sciences, Biotech, or Pharma industry
- Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code concepts and tools, such as Terraform and Ansible
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline tools and version control systems, including Git
