Job Title: Postdoc in Cancer Epigenetics

The Center for Protein Research at the University of Copenhagen is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic postdoctoral researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to our research in epigenetics and cancer biology, focusing on chromatin replication and epigenetic cell memory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research in epigenetics and cancer biology, with a focus on chromatin replication and epigenetic cell memory.
  2. Develop and implement innovative approaches for cancer treatment, in collaboration with our clinical collaborators.
  3. Collaborate with our team to translate our research into innovative treatment strategies.
  4. Supervise students and contribute to our other ongoing projects.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Life Science, Biochemistry, Molecular Cell Biology, Cancer Biology, or related field.
  • Background in epigenetics and cancer biology.
  • Expertise in next-generation sequencing (NGS) approaches and data analysis.
  • Collaborative and inclusive mindset, with excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Excellent English language skills, written and spoken.
