We are looking for a CX professional to join our fantastic CX team. As a CX professional , you will be responsible for end-to-end customer success throughout the customer lifecycle. This includes promptly responding to and supervising pipeline, engagements, health and risk alerts through key tools, programs, and insights.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Strategize for all client engagements, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organization to identify opportunities and reduce churn risk.
  • Monitor clients' usage of our products/services and provide guidance on how they can maximize value.
  • Effectively handle and address client issues both general and individual.
  • Stay current and develop new uses for Neurons' innovative products and features that align with client business needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to advocate for client needs and provide quality feedback.
  • Ensure all activities, both client-facing and administrative, are concluded in a way that aligns with the agreed-upon level of quality and timeframe.

What you will need:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a growth mindset, a strong sense of responsibility, and unwavering integrity. In addition, you would ideally have:

  • A strong track record and +5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, building and maintaining relationships while working to mitigate churn, promote engagement and revenue growth.
  • Digital marketing expertise and an understanding of key marketing principles and disciplines including branding & advertising.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
