Requirements
  • Professional qualifications relevant to the PhD project
  • Experience of working in an international multicultural environment and/or industrial experience preferably in a related field
  • Curious mind-set with a strong interest in drug delivery, single cell studies and quantitative image analysis
About the Research Group

The research group focuses on the delivery of oligonucleotide pharmaceutics and implementation of advanced imaging and machine learning analysis toolboxes to decipher the interplays of spatiotemporal localization of biomolecular entities underlying emerging biological properties. We utilize advanced microscopy setups and quantitative image analysis to elicit a detailed understanding of the interplays of the dynamics and spatiotemporal localization of biomolecules and their role in cellular responses.

Work Environment

We offer creative and stimulating working conditions in a dynamic and international research environment. Our research facilities include modern laboratories and all related infrastructure for single cell biophysics and quantitative image analysis.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for the PhD position is approximately €40,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to the salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and access to our state-of-the-art research facilities.
