Caseware Business Development Specialist

Caseware International is seeking a skilled Presales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating customer needs into appropriate advice and/or Caseware solutions.
About the Role:
As a Presales Consultant, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using Caseware products. Your primary focus will be on identifying customer requirements, communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, and preparing documentation to support sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop sales strategies
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation to support sales efforts
- Stay up-to-date with market and professional developments to ensure continued expertise
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide training and support on Caseware products
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in accountancy processes and commerce, as well as several years of experience in sales consulting. A working knowledge of Caseware products is an asset, and you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Fluency in Danish and English is also required.
