Visionary Leadership Opportunity: Head of Creative

We seek a strategic and experienced leader to lead the integration of creativity, content, and design within our dynamic Global Marketing team.

This role is pivotal in advancing our brands, developing creative strategies, and driving long-term value creation through innovative concepts, campaigns, and content.

Main Responsibilities:

Leadership & Collaboration
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of content creators and designers across Denmark and Ukraine.
  • Be a core member of the global marketing leadership team, fostering close collaboration to drive shared objectives and achieve joint targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across 3Shape and third-party partners.
Content Strategy & Creation
  • Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy and plan aligned with our business objectives to enhance our brand and drive customer engagement.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality, compelling, and modular content across all channels to support customer journeys and business goals.
  • Partner with the rest of Global Marketing, Product Management, Regional teams, and other 3Shape teams to ensure content meets strategic priorities and delivers measurable business value.
Creative Leadership
  • Lead the creative strategy, vision, and execution to ensure long-term value creation through impactful campaigns and content.
  • Be the strategist and planner of innovative, creative concepts and campaigns for major initiatives.
  • Drive the initiatives of creative concepts that enable continuous content creation and refreshes.
  • Ensure the communication platform and CVI (Corporate Visual Identity) are optimized for consistent and efficient content creation across the organization.
Operational Setup & Efficiency
  • Build an operational setup, frameworks, and ways of working that balance flexibility and agility while maintaining high-quality content production.
  • Continuously improve workflows and tools to enhance efficiency and team performance.

You Are The Ideal Candidate If:

  • You have at least 8 years of in-house or agency experience in a senior creative, strategic planner, or digital marketing role.
  • You have expertise in creative strategy, development, and content strategy development and execution across multiple channels.
  • You have proven leadership experience with at least 5 years of strong leadership skills to motivate and manage global/multicultural teams of creative professionals.
  • You can collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple departments, balancing competing priorities, aligning interests, and effectively communicating complex strategies.
  • You can manage multiple projects and budgets, delivering quality results on time and within scope.
