This project aims to understand how enhancers are activated in response to ERK signaling in early human embryonic cell types. You will work closely with our team to develop new approaches to identify enhancer-specific co-factors involved in signaling response and to define regulatory networks and signaling response in vivo. You will also have the opportunity to exploit deep learning tools for analysis of single-cell RNA-seq.
RequirementsTo be successful in this position, you will need:
- An equivalent of a PhD in Developmental, Stem Cell, or Molecular Biology and/or Bioinformatics.
- Experience with next-generation sequencing technologies, ChIP-seq, CUT&RUN, single-cell RNA-seq, etc.
- Experience with embryonic stem cell culture.
- Experience with next-generation sequence technologies.
- The capacity to analyze large transcriptomic and genomic datasets.
- Molecular biology, western blots, RT-PCR, etc.
- English communication skills, both oral and written.
