Telia søger en erfaren kundebehandler til at skabe relationer og salg til både eksisterende og nye erhvervskunder indenfor mellemstore og store virksomheder. Som Account Manager er det din opgave at fastholde og udvikle eksisterende kunder samt identificere og vinde nye kunder.

Opgaver

  1. Behovsafdækning og sikre værdiskabende samarbejde med kunderne
  2. Udarbejde tilbud og præsentationer til kunderne
  3. Struktureret kundebearbejdning med fokus på hele din portefølje
  4. Samarbejde på tværs af organisationen for at sikre bedste oplevelse og løsning for kunden

Krav

  1. Er erfaren med B2B salg og kundebehandling
  2. Har god kommunikationsfærdighed og kan kommunikere klart og tydeligt på dansk og engelsk
  3. Er målrettet, ansvarsbevidst og fleksibel
  4. Kan agere selvstændigt og har god erfaring med IT-systemer
