We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, focusing on both financial growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a growth plan that balances revenue goals with customer needs and expectations.
  2. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, leads, and customer requirements through effective channel development.
  3. Establish relationships with potential clients through face-to-face interactions and phone calls.
  4. Arrange meetings with prospective clients to showcase our products/services and address their objectives.
  5. Promote our offerings while understanding and predicting client needs.
  6. Maintain accurate records of sales performance.
  7. Provide exceptional support and feedback to ensure long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
  1. Demonstrated knowledge of the food and beverage supply chain or restaurant catering industry.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Effective time management and planning capabilities.
  4. Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
  5. Previous experience as a business development manager or sales professional is a plus.
