The Administrative Assistant plays an essential role in our highly qualified, diverse Private Banking Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Office Manager and team with various administrative tasks.
- Prepare and maintain accurate internal and external reports.
- Contribute to health and safety initiatives (AMO and EWC) with the team.
- Assist with local HR matters.
- Collaborate across teams and build strong relationships.
- Background or previous experience within the Danish financial sector.
- Prior experience in a similar position is ideal.
- Strong multi-tasking skills are considered an asset.
