Job Description

Limak Cement is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support the daily operations of our Denmark office in Lyngby Sø.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth administrative processes, facilitating communication between our Danish office and headquarters in Türkiye, and managing travel and reporting activities.

  • Oversee general office administration, including correspondence management and visitor coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and team as needed.
  • Act as the primary liaison between our Danish office and various departments in Türkiye.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and office events.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including bookings and expense reports.
  • Prepare administrative and travel-related reports for the Managing Director.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and office supplies.
  • First point of contact for business partners and colleagues from Headquarters in Türkiye.
  • Support conference material and event preparation/organization.
  • Participate in conferences and events. Limited travel will be part of the responsibilities.
