We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Development Manager to join our team at TradeDoubler. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Client Growth and Sales
    • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business development and account growth.
    • Run the full sales-cycle with responsibility for generating pipelines by prospecting new customers and extending our existing customer base.
  • Partnership Development
    • Work collaboratively with our Influencer Partnership Team to manage seeding campaigns and select the right influencers for our clients' demographic.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure high satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
  • Business Analysis and Insights
    • Analyze the performance of potential customers and identify business opportunities for them by using our platform.
    • Provide regular feedback to our Marketing and Product teams to improve our customer product experience.
  • Strategic Partnerships
    • Actively seek out profitable partnerships and business opportunities that align with our company's goals and values.
    • Help shape the future of TradeDoubler's mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills.

Your Profile

  • Proven history of achieving client growth and sales success in a similar role.
  • Ability to identify, understand, and communicate the customer's business needs.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to close a deal and deliver exceptional results.
  • True team player who contributes to our joint success and shares our company values.
  • Professional level in English; native/professional level in Dutch is a plus.
  • Expert with social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
  • Good understanding of how advertisers and publishers are using digital marketing.
  • Experience with a CRM system, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Profound knowledge of the European e-Commerce and influencer market and relevant enabling technologies is a plus.
