Accelerate Growth with Wolt for Work

Wolt for Work is a rapidly-growing B2B business at Wolt, and we're looking for a hands-on Account Manager to join us on this journey. As a key member of our team, you'll take ownership of growing our Enterprise portfolio by identifying, negotiating, and developing strategic partnerships with top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full end-to-end responsibility over corporate client relationships, including managing top-tier clients and onboarded clients.
  • Onboard and activate acquired corporate clients, guiding them through their first few transactions.
  • Consistent, regular account management to promote account activity and develop strong relationships.
  • Support clients in using our products and problem-solving for their needs, and grow accounts by identifying additional opportunities for Wolt to support the client.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop custom B2B offers and ensure a high-quality experience for clients.
  • Analyze data to develop insights and determine account management focus areas.
Our Expectations:
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in B2B or enterprise fields.
  • Natural tendency for ownership with a get-stuff-done, entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Danish.
  • Demonstrable consultative approach and ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including translating data into actions and analyzing sales metrics.
