Drive Strategic Growth in Member Engagement and Revenue

The LEGO Group is seeking a skilled CRM Channel and Content Expansion Manager to drive strategic growth in member engagement, revenue, and personalisation. As a key member of the Global Membership & Personalisation Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in expanding member relationship channels and personalisation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with membership and personalisation objectives and business goals.
  • Explore and integrate new communication channels into the CRM mix, ensuring they meet our standards for engagement and deliver on performance metrics.
  • Oversee the creation of diverse, high-quality content for each channel, ensuring brand consistency and cohesive messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to expand the reach and effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on channel and content performance, using insights to fuel growth and boost NPS.
  • Stay ahead of CRM, channel marketing, and content trends, applying best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the CRM team, encouraging new ideas that can scale and enhance our personalisation efforts.
  • Manage investment asks, budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring projects meet strategic goals and deliver ROI.
