At The LEGO Group, we're seeking a talented CRM Lifecycle Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our Membership & Personalisation team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing CRM lifecycle strategies to boost member engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM lifecycle campaigns to drive member engagement and retention.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, using insights to refine CRM campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Membership & Personalisation team on broader strategies.
  • Design and implement CRM lifecycle strategies to boost member engagement and retention.
  • Catalogue and manage CRM lifecycles and trigger programs, prioritising them for development and execution.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in CRM campaign operations or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience managing and executing CRM campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and tools (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
  • Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
