Top-Class Technical Support
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-class technical support to our customers. This includes pre-FAT system testing, conversion of system requirements to FAT specifications, participation in installation, integration, and acceptance tests, customer support and incident handling, on-site mission support, implementation of preventive maintenance programs, keeping performance and maintenance records on equipment, and carrying out root cause analyzes on equipment failures and recommending corrective actions.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a formal technical education with a good understanding of IT systems, electronics, and mechanical systems. You should also have hands-on knowledge of electronics, tools, and test equipment, as well as the ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. Basic knowledge of electrical multi-pin connectors and repair is also required. Additionally, you should be a good communicator in written and spoken English and be able to obtain a security clearance.
