About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract and Market Controller to join our team at Liftra ApS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing and governing sales-related agreements and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and negotiate various contract types, including Term Sheets, Master Service Agreements, Letters of Intent, and Non-Disclosure Agreements, with clients and business partners.
  • Facilitate the handover of contracts to Operations, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with operational and legal requirements.
  • Secure a profitable balance in Liftra's contractual obligations, both upstream and downstream, by analyzing and mitigating risks associated with warranties, risk exposure, liabilities, exclusivity, and intellectual property.
  • Conduct thorough risk exposure analyses and monitoring across different contract types.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislations and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a Delegation of Authority matrix to facilitate efficient decision-making and clear delegation of mandate.
  • Establish and maintain global processes for Contract Management, including alignment with relevant tools and systems.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Cand. Jur. or Cand. Merc. Jur. degree, or similar background, potentially combined with a degree in business administration.
  • Strong industry knowledge, preferably in the wind industry.
  • Proven experience in managing commercial contract negotiations, processes, and tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable legal legislations.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of common pricing models and structures is preferred.
