The Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive customer success, onboarding, and renewal strategies at Contractbook. As a strategic partner to our customers, you will develop and execute scalable, one-to-many approaches to customer success, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences and smooth renewals.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need 1+ year of experience in SaaS customer success, onboarding, or implementation roles. You should be comfortable with software platforms, integrations, and troubleshooting, and have experience working with SMB customers and one-to-many approaches in customer success.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Scalable Onboarding Strategies: Create guides, webinars, and automation to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
- Collaborate with Support Teams: Resolve issues quickly and improve the onboarding journey.
- Work Closely with Product Teams: Relay customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions that enhance adoption.
- Contribute to Improving Customer Success: Help refine and optimize onboarding processes.
