About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Contractbook. As a key member of our customer success strategy, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers and ensuring they achieve value quickly.

As a Cross-functional Team Player, you will collaborate with various teams, including sales, support, and product, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Own and Manage Onboarding Experience: Develop and execute scalable, one-to-many approaches to customer success, including creating guides, webinars, and automation to streamline onboarding.
  • Ensure Renewals are Smooth: Collaborate with support to resolve issues quickly and improve the onboarding journey.
  • Work Closely with Product Team: Relay customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions that enhance adoption.
  • Help Refine and Optimize Onboarding Processes: Contribute to improving customer success at Contractbook.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ Year of Experience in SaaS Customer Success: Proven track record of driving customer success, onboarding, or implementation roles.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with software platforms, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SMB Customers: One-to-many approach in customer success (e.g., webinars, automated onboarding, knowledge bases).
  • A Process-Driven Mindset: Passion for efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Commercial Awareness: Spot opportunities for expansion and help customers unlock more value.
