We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Director - UK/I to join our team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving regional objectives in the UK and Ireland.

You will work closely with our sales personnel, inside sales representatives, presales engineers, and customer success teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Work closely with sales personnel to drive sales growth and achieve regional objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and anticipating future opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain your territory's sales pipeline, targeting key accounts and vertical markets for development.

About You:

We're looking for someone with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the OT or IT Cybersecurity solutions and compliance space. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
