Job Description:As an Account Manager at Dustin A/S, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and driving revenue growth within the IT sector. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, process quotes, and support sales closures.
- Coordinate vendor partnerships, secure pricing, and manage deal registrations.
- Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external customers.
- Proactively engage customers with targeted outreach and value-added communications.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of IT products, software, hardware, and services (e.g., cloud solutions, networking, cybersecurity).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
