Technical Resolution Specialist

Job Description:

As a Technical Resolution Specialist at Bang & Olufsen A/S, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex product market issues, ensuring seamless operations for our customers and internal teams. You will leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve a wide range of challenges, making a significant impact on customer satisfaction and system performance.

  • Serve as a customer representative and secure an extensive focus on the customer experience.
  • Ensure full analysis of complex customer setups including products and networks.
  • Operate our proactive VIP support area and react to newly discovered market issues.
  • Travel to VIP customers and partners to execute deep troubleshooting and gather needed information for further analysis.
  • Participate in our SWAT troubleshooting team.
  • Support in decreasing the resolution time of complex issues.
  • Facilitate a broad and deep understanding of Bang & Olufsen's products and systems.
  • Ensure market learnings are reported back into the organization.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of network infrastructures and the ability to connect this with a high-end home audio/video system.
  • A widespread customer understanding that is visible in all aspects of your work.
  • Extensive experience with troubleshooting and the aspiration to learn how to use Bang & Olufsen troubleshooting tools.
  • Good communicative abilities and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge about Bang & Olufsen products and systems is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English, both in writing and verbal.
