We collaborate with multiple Vestas functions and align the product market strategy across our Sales Business Units to support local market growth, considering the dynamics of the global market for renewable solutions.

Our team is measured on the impact our products have on Vestas' profitability and the ability to continuously improve marketability and support the green transition. By encouraging a culture based on accountability, we empower employees to create a meaningful impact by contributing to the sustainable wind industry through their work.

The key responsibilities of this role include producing actionable insights and analyses focused on competitiveness, product competitor intelligence, and product market dynamics with a lens on onshore. You will collect and structure Product Market intelligence in collaboration with regional and global colleagues, engage with Plant and Offshore areas to holistically assess competitor and market movements, and support turning insights and analyses into actions and deployment in the organization.

This position requires a Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, ideally with a strong combination of technical expertise and commercial acumen. Solid experience within the wind/renewable industry is essential, along with great communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English. Advanced systematic thinking with a holistic approach and strong problem-solving skills are also necessary.
