In this position, you will join the Production Technology team, focusing on the enhancement and execution of new manufacturing processes and equipment. Your primary objective will be to pinpoint potential areas for improvement and identify the need for new tools, production, and testing equipment to boost efficiency, output, and quality. Specifically, your core responsibilities will include:


• Collaborating with R&D and NPI to define production requirements

• Developing production and testing concepts and processes, along with the necessary documentation

• Optimizing and implementing processes based on LEAN principles

• Monitoring, managing, controlling, and optimizing costs while driving continuous improvements

• Overseeing and managing corrective actions

• Leading projects related to the optimization and implementation of production equipment and processes.

• Maintaining production specifications


• Identifying opportunities to enhance the quality of production processes.

• A degree in production engineering or electronics engineering, with experience in manufacturing and assembly processes and/or automation technology

• Strong technical experience in production, assembly, and/or testing of automation technology or electronic equipment

• Ideally, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with an interest in mechanics and their interaction with electronics

• Experience in project management is advantageous


• Proficiency in office software and familiarity with JIRA, AX, Arena PLM systems

• Fluency in both Danish and English
