The Global HR Business Partner will play a vital role in supporting the company's international growth and development, working closely with the team to implement the overall long-term People & Culture strategy globally. This includes providing day-to-day operational support to the HQ population split across Copenhagen and Paris offices.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver best-in-class HR service to people managers and employees.
  2. Support people managers throughout all stages of employee life cycles, with a particular focus on recruitment, onboarding, and exiting.
  3. Oversee the rollout of the annual performance management process (PDP), designing and delivering related training and development initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with people managers to support performance management and implement required actions, including Performance Improvement Plans and performance conversations.
  5. Drive business success by improving engagement, retention, and organisational effectiveness.
  6. Address employee relations issues and provide internal HR counselling, ensuring professionalism in dealing with challenging cases.
  7. Support HR Operations Coordinator with administrative tasks, including contract drafting and international mobility.
