About the Role

In this key leadership position, you will report directly to the Head of Commercial Development and oversee the entire product management function. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating a high-performing team of product managers to deliver exceptional results.
  • Developing and implementing effective product management strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Fostering strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless product delivery and satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement business plans, goals, and objectives that align with the company's overall strategy.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as our Chief Product Officer, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through product innovation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, food science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on leadership and team development.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of €120,000 per year, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. Location
